Crash Champions Collision Repair Lancaster

Concerned Customer 6 months ago

I recently brought my Mitsubishi car to Crash Champions after an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They repaired my car perfectly and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality repair work!

First I can't speak to the work they do, my truck got totaled. I can speak to how things were handled. Made a appointment 4 days later they still didn't touch my truck, 3 people lied about getting parts, within 10 min one guy told me 2 different lies about the same thing. Just horrible, my recommendation would be go anywhere else but stay away from this place. Oh yes and they leave your vehicle outside unlocked that's a bonus, someone got my driver's seat all full of looked like mudd dirt

My car was involved in an accident and I was thoroughly impressed by the work that Crash Collision did to bring my car back to life. The whole experience was painless. The people were so friendly and they took the time, to answer all my questions. The shop kept me updated on the car’s progress. I was amazed the time it took to repair the car was so quick! I thought it would have been much longer considering the damage. I would highly recommend Crash Collision if you are ever in need of some auto body work. My car looks awesome. Thank you so much! - Lisa J

Don’t come here. Threw parts away on my car that were not broken. Gave me car back dirty, missing parts, no communication, dead battery, no photos of repair. Never got refund from rental

I am beyond pleased with the work these guys did. I was told that every repair shop had a long wait time, but let me tell you crash champions did not disappoint. They were able to look over my car to do the estimate very quickly, then within a week or less they were able to get me in to repair my car. Jen is wonderful she made it so I was able to drop my car off because I wouldn’t make it in time after work, that process was smooth. I did call and ask for updates rather quickly and after that was able to receive text messages about the status of my repairs. I was unable to pick up the day it was finished but again Jenn made that process easy for me as well. Once I picked up and paid I was absolutely beyond pleased when I saw my car. Not only were the repairs wonderfully done, but they went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car. My mom always says return things better than you found them and crash champions you live up to that! If I need any future repairs I will most definitely be back, thanks a bunch, and keep u the great work! I added before and after photos!
